Pieprasījums Latvijas iestādēm izbeigt Mareka Markusa un viņa bērnu, Roberta Daniela Markusa un Emīlijas Markuses cilvēktiesību pārkāpšanu!
Jau teju 2 gadus tiek nežēlīgi grautas mana brāļa Mareka attiecības ar viņa bērniem, Robertu un Emīliju. To dara Latvijas iestādes sadarbībā ar bērnu māti, Kristīni Ruģeli-Kārkliņu, kura slimo ar bīstamu slimību, respektīvi, aklu uzticību autoritātēm. Kur tāda uzticība ir novedusi sabiedrību šobrīd, ir redzams jebkuram, kas vēl ir saglabājis spējas domāt pats. Marekam tiesības būt kopā ar bērniem tika atņemtas, jo viņš atteicās vilkt masku, vedot/izņemot bērnus no bērnudārza. Tas notika 2020. gada 9. decembrī, kad Robertam bija 6 un Emīlijai 4 gadiņi. Sākumā Mareks sekoja iestāžu noteikumiem, iesniedza dokumentus un prasības, lai varētu satikt bērnus. Līdz Mareks saprata, ka gan Bāriņtiesa, Jūrmalas tiesa, policija un visas citas iesaistītās iestādes nav un nekad nav bijušas ieinteresētas viņa, kā bērnu tēva, un bērnu tiesību aizsargāšanā. Tieši pretēji, tika un tiek darīts viss, lai grautu Mareka un bērnu attiecības. Un minētās iestādes turpina noziegumu pret Mareku un viņa bērniem, izdarīšanu. Marekam pierādījumu par iestāžu un konkrētu darbinieku noziegumiem pret viņa ģimeni netrūkst. Pierādījumus Mareks ir pārsūtījis gan man, gan saviem draugiem. Diemžēl nav kam šos pierādījumus iesniegt, jo tie, kam vajadzētu sargāt sabiedrību pret noziegumiem, ir uzpirkti un ar viņiem nevaram rēķināties. Marekam pa šo laiku ir izdevies satikt bērnus tik 2-3 reizes. Bērni pēc viņa ilgojas. Pirms kāda laika pēc vairāk neka pusotra gada tika ”dota iespēja” telefoniskai saziņai ar bērniem, kura tika pārtraukta. Bērni ir iebaidīti un klausoties sarunu ierakstu, jebkuram ir skaidrs, ka bērni ir ietekmēti, un saruna nav brīva. Bērnu māte, Kristīne Ruģele (neskatoties uz to, ka bija iesniegums no Mareka puses, ka viņš ir pret bērnu testēšanu/vakcināciju pret covid19) Roberta vārdadiena, 2022. gada 14. janv. ”uzdāvināja abiem bērniem iespēju piedalīties eksperimentā ar veselību”. Es aicinu visus Mareka draugus un cilvēkus kas saprot, kas tiek darīts pret Mareku un viņa bērniem, nepalieciet vienaldzīgi. Mareks cīnās visu Latvijas bērnu un vecāku tiesību labad. Lūdzu parakstaties un dalāties ar šo pieprasījumu. Šobrīd pret Mareku ir safabricēta krimināllieta, lai viņam atņemtu brīvību. Zīmīgākais ir tas, ka viņam nav iespējas pat izlasīt apsūdzību, kas ir pretlikumīgi, un inspektore, kas izsauc uz nopratināšanu ir atvaļinājumā līdz dienai pirms nopratināšanas datumam. Šāda veida terors un likumsakritības no iestāžu puses ir ikdiena Mareka dzīvē.
Pieprasu: Latvijas tiesas, Bāriņtiesa, Policija, Valsts Drošības dienests un visi pārējie iesaistītie noziegumā pret Mareku un viņa bērniem, Robertu un Emīliju, lai visas sankcijas pret Mareku tiktu izbeigtas un tiktu nodrošināta saskarsme starp tēti un viņa bērniem.
A request to the Latvian authorities to end the violation of the human rights of Marek Markus and his children, Robert Daniel Markus and Emilija Markus!
My brother Marek's relationship with his children, Roberts and Emilija, has been cruelly destroyed for almost 2 years now. This is done by the Latvian authorities in cooperation with the children's mother, Kristīni Ruģeli-Kārkliņa, who suffers from a dangerous disease, namely, blind trust in authorities. Where such a trust has led society today can be seen by anyone who still retains the ability to think for himself. Marek's right to be with the children was revoked because he refused to wear a mask when taking/removing the children from the kindergarten. It happened on December 9, 2020, when Robert was 6 and Emily was 4 years old. At first, Marek followed the rules of the institutions, submitted documents and requirements to be able to see the children. Until Marek realized that the Orphan's Court, the Jūrmala Court, the police and all other involved institutions are not and have never been interested in protecting the rights of him, as the father of the children, and of the children. On the contrary, everything was and is being done to undermine the relationship between Marek and the children. And the mentioned institutions continue to commit crimes against Marek and his children. Marek has no shortage of evidence of the crimes of institutions and specific employees against his family. Marek has forwarded the evidence both to me and to his friends. Unfortunately, there is no one to present this evidence, because those who should protect society against crimes have been bribed and we cannot count on them. Marek has managed to meet the children 2-3 times during this time. Children miss him. Some time ago, after more than a year and a half, telephone communication with the children was "given", which was stopped. The children are intimidated and listening to the recording of the conversation it is clear to anyone that the children are being influenced and the conversation is not free. Children's mother, Kristīne RuĻele (despite the fact that there was a submission from Marek that he is against testing/vaccinating children against covid19) Robert's name day, January 14, 2022 "gave both children the opportunity to participate in an experiment with health". I invite all Marek's friends and people who understand what is being done to Marek and his children, do not remain indifferent. Marek fights for the rights of all Latvian children and parents. Please sign and share this request. Currently, a criminal case has been fabricated against Marek in order to deprive him of his freedom. Most notably, he does not even get a chance to read the charge sheet, which is illegal, and the inspector who calls for questioning is on leave until the day before the questioning date. This kind of terror and lawlessness on the part of the authorities is everyday in Marek's life.
I demand: the courts of Latvia, the Orphan's Court, the Police, the State Security Service and all others involved in the crime against Marek and his children, Roberta and Emilija, that all sanctions against Marek be terminated and contact between the father and his children be ensured.
